System status

Every figure above is read from /v1/health, the same unauthenticated endpoint our own monitoring polls — this page adds no numbers of its own. A source is reported as failing after 3 consecutive unsuccessful runs, so a single upstream error does not raise a false alarm. The endpoint returns 503 while any source is failing, which makes it usable directly as a health check.
